Is there a free trial? +
Yes — you get 14 days free with a single worker and a small budget ceiling. No credit card needed to start.
What happens if a worker hits the budget ceiling? +
The worker stops immediately. You get alerts at 50%, 80%, and 100% of the ceiling. There are no overage charges — ever.
Can I change plans or cancel? +
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the dashboard at any time. No minimum terms, no cancellation fees, no phone calls needed.
How is the per-task rate determined? +
Rates are set by your platform provider (Askasia). You can see exact rates after registering, or contact us for a breakdown before signing up.
Do workers cost anything when they are idle? +
The base seat fee covers the worker's availability. Per-task charges only apply when the worker actually completes a unit of work.
