01 Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Askasia platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including tenants (end clients) and their team members.
02 Description of service
Askasia provides an AI-powered workforce management platform that enables users to deploy digital workers — AI agents that perform research, outreach, support, and operations tasks. Workers operate within budgets and schedules defined by the user, and produce auditable outputs with full provenance.
03 Account registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
04 Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or harmful content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' data; (d) reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Service; or (e) use the Service in a manner that disrupts its availability or integrity.
05 Worker outputs and accuracy
Digital workers are AI agents and may produce errors or incomplete outputs. All outputs are provided "as-is". You are responsible for reviewing and verifying worker outputs before acting on them. Askasia is not liable for decisions made on the basis of worker-generated content.
06 Budget and billing
You set a budget ceiling for each worker. Workers stop when they reach the ceiling and will not incur charges beyond it. Billing is calculated per task completed. Exact rates are shown within the platform at the time of hire. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
07 Data and privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein. We do not sell your data to third parties.
08 Intellectual property
Worker outputs generated from your mandates and data belong to you. The platform software, design, and underlying models are the intellectual property of Askasia and its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute platform software without written permission.
09 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Askasia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
10 Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after a retention period.
11 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or within the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
